We have several different cord stops on hand, but our inventory is variable. If you'd like a specific color cord stop, send us an e-mail and we'll see what we can do. Our standard cord stop is black and either round or square depending on what we have in stock.
Once we have accepted a special order, we will send you an e-mail with PayPal instructions (this will allow you to pay safely over the internet with a PayPal account or with a major credit card). We cannot accept any other form of payment at this time. If you are concerned about using PayPal, we encourage you to research them online and check out all of their safety features.
We do offer wholesale prices to retail stores in an effort to support other small business owners, especially gaming stores. Please e-mail us and we will be happy to let you know the prices and minimum order requirements.
We will ship your dice bag(s) out as soon as we have your whole order finished and we will e-mail you with the tracking information, if any is available.
RETURN/REFUND POLICY: We are confident in the quality of our dice bags (see “Leather Care” to have an idea about the kind of abuse we’ve put our dice bag through just to make sure). We hand make these bags and we pull out any products that might be defective long before it would ever reach you. In the very (VERY) unlikely event that you receive a defective product, we will exchange it, but you must e-mail us with pictures to obtain approval so we can instruct you on how to send it back. If you just send it back to us without checking with us first, we will not send you a new one. If we determine that it was damaged due to negligence or abuse on your part, or on the part of the shipping carrier (that’s what shipping insurance is for), we will not replace it. We are a very small business and we don’t offer refunds, so if you don’t know if you’ll like our dice bags, order a small one and check it out before you place an order for multiple dice bags. Once you have made your payment, your order cannot be cancelled, so please verify your order before you place it.
REPLACEMENT CORD/CORD STOPS: If, over the life of your dice bag, you manage to break your cord or cord stop, we will be happy to mail you one for a nominal fee (e-mail us and let us know).
OTHER NOTES: Occasionally, we will offer discounted dice bags at conventions. These bags are sold “as is” and you have had the opportunity to handle the bag before buying it. These bags are discounted for a reason. Typically, it is because these bags are made of a less expensive leather that we were trying out. We pass the savings on to the consumer, hence the discount; however, the leather is less expensive usually due to the quality and therefore may not hold up as well as our standard dice bags.
